What Medication Can Be Donated:
Medication used to treat cancer or the side effects of cancer or chemotherapy.
Medication unopened and in the original packaging from the manufacturer. This includes blister packed medication that may have some of the medication removed.
Medication with an expiration date no less than 6 months from the date of donation.
How to Donate Your Medication:

YesRx will provide you with the required Donation Form. Click here to view and print the Donation Form. The donor will complete lines 1 and 6.

Patients who receive donated medications do not pay any amount.
